The farm is located at the beautiful base of Peter’s Mountain.We have our own creek which producing 2,200 gallon of the cleanest water per min.The farm is the business of rasing and procesing rainbow trout.Trout is a fatty fish with large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.These good fats have been linked to a reduced risk for heart disease,rheumatoid atthritis and etc..
Trout also is high in vitamins B-6 and B12,selenium,thiamine and riboflavin.For health dinner of our clients we have fresh trout pinbone out file,smoke trout file,trout pate and whole smoke trout.Everything is healthy and delicious!
